Tability now has a Skills Library for Claude and ChatGPT, with reusable workflows that help your AI assistant work with your Tability data through the Tability MCP integration.
Instead of starting from a blank prompt every time, you can pick a skill for the job you need to do: improve OKRs, review weekly progress, spot risks, prepare leadership updates, draft follow-ups, or run better goal reviews.
Each skill gives Claude or ChatGPT a clear workflow to follow, including what Tability context to gather, how to interpret goals and check-ins, how to separate recorded evidence from recommendations, and what the final output should look like.
The skills are read-only by default, so teams can explore insights and review the output before deciding whether anything should be updated.
