Each view can include a selected set of KPIs, ordered the way you want, with its own display settings and access permissions. You can share KPI Views with specific people or teams while keeping the underlying KPIs separate from OKRs and plan cycles.
This gives managers and senior leaders a cleaner way to review operational performance without having to dig through OKR plans or rebuild the same reporting views each time.
