AI Mode can now help you manage KPIs and KPI Views, not just inspect them.
You can ask AI Mode to create or update KPIs, record KPI values, set targets, create KPI Views, add KPIs to a view, remove KPIs from a view, or reorder a view. This makes it easier to maintain business metrics while staying in the flow of a conversation.
The same permission model still applies. AI Mode can only work with KPIs and views you are allowed to access, and destructive actions such as deleting a KPI, deleting a value, deleting a target, deleting a view, or removing a KPI from a view require an explicit confirmation step.
Use it to:
- Create standalone KPIs from a conversation
- Update KPI owners, descriptions, formats, targets, and values
- Build or reorganise focused KPI Views
- Add the right KPIs to a leadership or team view
- Make KPI updates faster while keeping permissions and confirmations in place
