We have added two new outcome types to help you keep progress up to date with less manual work.
Rollup outcomes
Rollups let a key result calculate its value from connected child key results. You can roll up either:
- Values: sum, average, or use the latest child value
- Percentages: average progress or use the latest child progress
This is useful when a parent KR depends on several team-level KRs, projects, regions, or workstreams.
Milestone outcomes
Milestone outcomes calculate progress from connected initiatives. You can track:
- Count: number of completed initiatives
- Percentage: percentage of connected initiatives completed
This is useful when success is defined by shipping a set of deliverables rather than moving a metric manually.
You can switch an outcome to Rollup or Milestone from the key result edit panel, preview the calculated value, and enable data sync so Tability keeps the progress updated automatically.
