Currently, Tability automatically sends weekly and monthly reminders and reports to all users based on the Workflow settings.
In large organizations, these reminders are often managed by internal agile coaches or strategy teams — so having Tability notify every user can create redundancy and noise.
It would be very useful to have an option to disable all automated reminders and reports globally at the workspace level (or selectively for certain roles).
This would give admins full control over communication cadence and let teams integrate Tability notifications with their own internal workflows.
