Hi, I'm really happy to announce that we've launched support for private plans!
You can now restrict the visibility of your plan and all its content using the plan permission (click on the 🔒 in your plan nav).
This new capability should allow you to create private plans that are only visible to you and a selected set of individual.

Currently our approach would be to keep private plans separate from the hierarchy—wondering if this would work for you.

Sten Pittet: I think it could warrant it's own top-level nav item, but that might be overkill. If I were to describe how I would personally use this, I would use our company's current quarterly schedule to remind myself it was time to make some OKRs personally. I would want to come in and define the Objectives and Key Results, and possibly share it with some kind of accountability partner. They beauty of OKRs is partially in the accountability. That could be my manager. In terms of heirarchy, I don't think it needs to even appear on the Strategy Map, nor in any way relate to company OKRs. It's almost like Personal OKRs could be a fremium way for users to get a feel for your user interface, then realize how much the same interface and process could help teams and the entire org. Sorry for the ramble - hopefully some of that is useful.
