We just released a new rich text editor for check-ins and comments.

Hi Yurii, we currently support using Markdown format in the check-ins text and comments.
Could you give me an example or post a screenshot of what a messy rendering looks like? We may be able to improve things in other ways. 
For instance, we can truncate long links in the UI, while still linking to the external document.
