"In our company we use the 70/20/10 rule for innovation with our OKRs. So we normally have one or two Objectives associated with our 70%, our normal responsibilities, and OKRs we weight less at 20% and 10% to represent the time we are putting towards them. Similar to the KR weights showing a fair representation of progress, we keep KRs at an equal weight and weight the whole objectives instead."
