The mobile inbox screen should include the feed of updates like in the web app

When clicking on the search icon, I'd like the search field to be selected automatically so I can start typing, instead of requiring an extra clic on the search field Plus, I'd love to have a shortcut to go to search directly

At the moment, writing status updates for initiatives is hidden behind a message. It would be great if users were prompted to add text when they're changing the state of an issue.
