Feature requests

Show a table on achieved outcomes after each quarter for all plan and team members; Provide filters to categorise on plan level, sub-plan level, team account level

Problem: We have a feature to align outcomes to a parent, but this feature only shows the relationship in a tab. One simple improvements would be to notify the owner of the parent outcome whenever a check-in is made in one of the linked outcomes. This would allow users to react and update the parent value if required.

It'd be great to have a feature that links 'wins' with Slack, e.g. hitting the target before the end of the quarter (target), keeping progress on track five weeks in a row, turning around an off-track or at-risk goal.

I'd love to have some kind of score and suggestions when writing an update, to check if the checkin has good quality
